Members-only early bird rates are available for a short time!  Register today to secure your spot.  When registering, you must use the email address your SEEDS account is associated with.  It is the only way our system can see that you are a SEEDS member.

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation requests received after October 19th, 2023, will not be refunded. 

Hotel Rates

We have a room block at Irvine Marriott for $189/night and they will honor this rate for three days pre/post conference depending on hotel availability.  Rooms must be booked by October 18, 2023 however, if the rooms sell out beforehand we cannot guarantee the same discounted rate will be available.  Self-parking is discounted to $20 a vehicle.  A booking link will be including in your registration confirmation email.
