SEEDS Members

Members-only early bird rates are available for a short time!  When registering, you must use the email address your SEEDS account is associated with.  It is the only way our system can see that you are a SEEDS member.

Registration fees include:

• Attendance to all sessions of two-day conference

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation requests received after October 31st, 2024, will not be refunded.

Hotel Rates

We have a room block at Bahia Resort for $229/night plus their resort fee of $20/night (reduced from $39/night).  The resort fee includes:

• Use of cabanas, beach chairs and umbrellas at private beach (subject to availability),
  
• Access to shuffleboard and tennis courts, including equipment (subject to availability)
  
• Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public spaces (excluding meeting space) of up to 15Mbps of shared bandwidth (download and upload speed) per guest room. Higher bandwidth plans are available for purchase.
• Two in-room bottled waters per day
  
• Access to fitness center
  
• Access to outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool
  
• Complimentary local and domestic long distance phone calls
  
• Premium coffee maker and tea available in each guest room
  

Rooms must be booked by October 7, 2024 however, if the rooms sell out beforehand we cannot guarantee the same discounted rate will be available.  Self-parking is free.  A booking link will be including in your registration confirmation email.
