    Members-only early bird rates are available for a short time!  When registering, you must use the email address your SEEDS account is associated with.  It is the only way our system can see that you are a SEEDS member.

    • $445: Early Bird Registration 3/4 - 3/18
    • $545: Regular Registration 3/19 - 5/13
    • $300: Non-Profit Registration* 3/4 - 5/13

    Non-Members
    (Become a member to take advantage of cost savings on registration)

    • $750: Regular Registration 3/20 - 5/13
    • $300: Non-Profit Registration* 3/20 - 5/13

    *Non-profits will need to email Missi Lockwood for the discount code: admin@seedsethics.org

    Registration fees include:

    • Attendance to all sessions of two-day conference
    • Swag bag full of industry goodies
    • Breakfast, lunch, coffee/snack Breaks 
    • Day 1 mimosa bar and Day 2 glass of wine following lunch
    • Cocktail Party on Thursday evening

    Cancellation policy

    All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation requests received after May 1st, 2024, will not be refunded.
